Rural Rajasthan Tour :- Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi Arrival

At your arrival in Delhi our representative will greet you and help you with The Lodhi hotel transfer and check-in process. The rest of the day is leisure time to enjoy the nearby markets of the capital city. Night stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi Sightseeing

Start your tour with a Delhi sightseeing, a guided tour of the busy capital highlights the differences between Old and New Delhi. You'll see the Qutub Minar, India Gate, the Sikh Temple, Humayun's Tomb, the Jama Masjid and the souk-like Chandni Chowk bazaar with a local expert at your side. The locations listed below are only our recommendations; you are more than welcome to work with your guide to modify the itinerary on the actual day.

Day 3 Delhi - Jaipur

Proceed to Pink City, Jaipur after breakfast, where you will spend three nights at the RAAS Rajmahal Palace. Despite being more than 250 years old, it's one of the most intriguing hotel additions to Jaipur in a long time. Every space is different and has a narrative to tell. The custom-made patterns and hues, especially in the 46-type handmade wallpaper, accentuate the room's concept.

Day 4 Jaipur Sightseeing

You might choose to go to the markets with your guide early this morning to witness the bustle of activities as the Pink City awakens. Stops would include the Govind Dev Ji temple, the flower market, the wholesale milk market, and the vegetable market. The trip would conclude with a delectable cup of chai (spiced tea) from a well-known yet unassuming chai stall. After breakfast and a little period of relaxation, you can head back to the hotel to rejoin your guide for a tour of Jaipur's historic walled district. It consists of the stately Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), the observatory at Jantar Mantar, and the City Palace with its little-known private chambers.

Day 5 Jaipur Sightseeing

After enjoying a delectable breakfast at the hotel, have a guided tour of Amber Fort. There will be free time afterwards for you to pursue your interests. Consider using this time to peruse the well-known marketplaces and emporiums in Jaipur for unique mementoes. When it comes to shopping, Jaipur has plenty to offer everyone: even the most thrifty traveler is likely to leave the Pink City with one or two items tucked in their luggage, from exquisite textiles to quirky wooden camels! We suggest blue pottery or a piece of semi-precious jewelry as a keepsake with a local fair.

Day 6 Jaipur - Nimaj

Your Rural Rajasthan journey takes you off the main path today to Nimaj, where you'll spend two nights at the quaint RAAS Chhatrasagar. Once the hunting lodge of the Nimaj Estate, RAAS Chhatrasagar is a sophisticated and serene camp spread over the banks of a century-old dam in rural Rajasthan. Flocks of migrating birds make the waterbody their temporary home, and you may have tea at daybreak or sundowners and birdwatching from your balcony while taking in the sounds of chirping as the sun sets.

Day 7 Nimaj Sightseeing

A rural Rajasthan trip takes you to RAAS Chhatrasagar, where you may unwind and pursue your interests. We advise taking a stroll to observe birds, since you may see up to 200 different kinds. Additional activities available include leisurely boat rides on the lake and tours of nearby farms and communities.

During the evening, visitors gather around the bonfire beneath the stars to share stories of sightings while indulging in delectable regional cuisine and drinks.

Day 8 Nimaj - Deogarh

Staying away from the typical tourist path, your Rural Rajasthan trip proceeds southward to Devi Shree, Deogarh. This evening, take a Jeep drive around the surrounding countryside to see the breathtaking natural scenery and gain an understanding of the rural Rajasthani way of life. You will pass by an ancient Hindu temple and witness shepherds walking their livestock back to their homes at the end of the day. Taking in a gorgeous sunset while sipping sundowners by the lake brings the expedition to a memorable close.

Day 9 Deogarh Sightseeing

You'll begin the day this morning with a pleasantly unusual journey on the historic narrow-gauge train in the area. Enjoy stunning vistas of rural Rajasthan as the train steadily climbs into the hills, passing by a valley, canyons and far-off slopes. You may spend the rest of the day exploring the area or unwinding in your serene surroundings. For some delectable spiced tea and a chance to mingle with the locals, we recommend stopping by the neighborhood tea stand.

Day 10 Deogarh - Udaipur

Proceed towards the picturesque city of Udaipur in the south. While traveling, make a stop in Ranakpur to see the exquisitely carved Jain temple—which has 1,444 distinct pillars, making it quite a spectacle. You'll spend the following two nights at the renowned Taj Lake Palace, a brilliant and surreal 270-year-old white marble castle that seems to float in the center of Lake Pichola, to round off your journey on an amazing note. Many of our visitors consider the Taj Lake Palace to be the pinnacle of Indian palace hotels and a very memorable experience throughout their trip to India.

Day 11 Udaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast get ready for the Udaipur full day sightseeing tour, visiting City Palace, home of the Maharaja of Udaipur, with its numerous carved balconies, arches and ornate pillars. Next visit the Sahelion Ki Bari, renowned for its breathtaking lawns, fountains and shaded promenades and Jagdish Temple. Spend the evening at Lake Pichola enjoying the breathtaking view or you can also enjoy the boat ride. Transfer to your hotel afterwards. Spend the night in the Taj Lake Palace.

Day 12 Departure From Udaipur

After breakfast transfer to Udaipur Airport to take a flight for your onward destination. This tour ends here with sweet memories.
