Golden Triangle Tour With Varanasi :- Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi Arrival

Meet our representative on arrival at the Delhi Airport and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is leisure. Night stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, a day city tour of Old and New Delhi, Visit Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Shanti Vana (the cremation sites of Jawaharlal Nehru and Raj Ghat (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi).

In the afternoon after lunch visit India Gate (War Memorial Arch), Qutub Minar (built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199), Humayun's Tomb) and drive past the President's House, Parliament House, Connaught Place shopping center and Akshardham temple (a modern Hindu Temple). Overnight stay at a hotel in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi - Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Jaipur, Pink City. On arrival at Jaipur check in at the pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is free for nearby sightseeing, the Birla Temple, Moti Dungri Temple and Jawahal Kala Kendra (JKK). Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Jaipur Sightseeing

Visit Amber Fort in the morning after breakfast. For a very long period, Amber served as the Kachwaha dynasty's historic capital. Drive back to main Jaipur city enroute photostop at Jal Mahal. See the mirrored hall known as the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Victory). Visit the Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory, and Hawa Mahal in the afternoon. Transfer to the hotel in the evening, or free time to shop in the local market of the Pink City. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 5 Jaipur - Agra

Drive to Agra after breakfast, stopping along the way to see Fatehpur Sikri. Akbar, the Mughal emperor, built Fatehpur Sikri between 1571 and 1585. It is among the best illustrations of the magnificence of Mughal architecture. It was built primarily as a memorial to Shaikh Salim Chisti. Despite being in ruins, the city is still a must-see location for travelers to Agra.

Day 6 Agra - Varanasi (Overnight Train)

Visit the well-known Taj Mahal in the early morning at sunrise. Shah Jahan, the Mughal Emperor, erected it as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The construction of this monument, which is composed of white marble, took 22 years.

Visit the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-e-am (the public audience hall), and Diwan-e-Khas (the private audience hall) in the Agra Fort after breakfast. Afterwards, return to the hotel and rest.

Overnight depart to Agra Railway Station to take a train to Varanasi.

Note:- The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

Day 7 Varanasi Sightseeing

Take a boat trip on the Ganges early in the morning. Then, go to Akhara to witness the ancient martial arts practiced there. A morning tour of Varanasi's downtown includes a stroll around the many holy Ghats. Explore the revered shrine of Kashi, Vishwanath, popularly referred to as the Golden Temple and Bharat Mata Mandir, a modest temple devoted to 'Mother India'. Afterwards, go to Sarnath, a significant Buddhist site and pay a visit to the Chaukhandi Stupa, the Archeological Museum and the Dhamekha Stupa. Attend the nighttime aarti on the Varanasi Ganges River bank. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 8 Varanasi - Delhi - Departure

After breakfast, drive to Varanasi Airport to board a flight for Delhi on your onward journey.
